Frequently asked questions
What is home staging?
Home staging is a strategic design service that prepares a property for the market by enhancing its presentation, flow, and overall appeal. The goal is to help buyers connect with the space and envision living there.
Who is home staging for?
Our services are ideal for homeowners, real estate professionals, and builders who want to present their properties in the best possible way and stand out in a competitive market.
What is the difference between vacant staging and styling?
Vacant staging involves furnishing an empty property to define scale, layout, and function. Styling focuses on enhancing existing furnishings through thoughtful arrangement, layering, and finishing touches.
How long does the staging process take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project, but most staging installations are completed within a few days once planning and logistics are finalized.
Do we work with builders and real estate agents?
Yes. We collaborate closely with builders, developers, and real estate professionals to align each project with market expectations and sales goals.
Is staging worth the investment?
Staging improves first impressions, increases perceived value, and helps properties attract more qualified buyers—often supporting faster and stronger sales outcomes.
How do I get started?
Simply complete the inquiry form, and we’ll be in touch to discuss your project and next steps.
How long is the staging rental for?
The initial staging period is 30 days and includes design, installation, delivery, rental, and de-staging. Extensions are available and billed at 50% of the original invoice per additional 30-day period, with daily rates prorated.
Example: A $3,000 staging equals a $1,500 monthly extension, or approximately $50 per day.
What areas do we service?
We primarily serve Raleigh and surrounding areas, with additional availability in Clermont, Florida. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Please contact us to confirm service availability for your project.
What do I need to know for the day of staging?
Arrival & Timing
Our team begins the day at the warehouse preparing and loading all staging items. We typically arrive at the property mid-morning to early afternoon. Most staging installations take 2–6 hours, depending on the size and scope of the project.A Clean, Ready Home
Please ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned prior to staging. Clean surfaces allow us to install furniture and décor seamlessly and present the space at its best.Utilities On
All utilities should be active, including electricity and water, so we can properly light, style, and work throughout the home.A Clear Space to Work
To ensure an efficient process and allow for full creative focus, we kindly ask that homeowners and real estate professionals be off-site during the staging installation.Easy Access
Please provide clear access to the driveway and entry points for unloading furniture and décor. If there are gates, lockboxes, parking restrictions, or special access instructions, be sure we have those details in advance.Photography Scheduling
We recommend scheduling professional photography after staging day to allow time for final adjustments. If same-day photography is requested, it must be coordinated and approved with us in advance.Preview Photos
After staging is complete, we’ll share preview photos so you can see the transformation. On busier days, photos may be delivered later in the evening—thank you for your patience.
